You can always download EarMaster from our website. Just remember to write down your full serial number before formatting your harddisk. I have just tested the files and they are working fine from here. Please e-mail support with your windows version (see the e-mail here: about us). Please note that EarMaster 5.0 only supports Windows 98 and later.
