Terms and conditions of the EarMaster online shop
Privacy policy
The acceptance of these terms and conditions imply the acceptance of our Privacy policy.
Order delivery
Orders paid by card or PayPal are delivered automatically by email upon completion of the transaction, except for upgrades and EarMaster Cloud licenses, which are handled manually by our staff within our office hours.
Specific for EarMaster Cloud Annual Licenses: yearly renewals are processed by email in the form of an invoice sent to the billing email specified in the initial online order placed at EarMaster.com. The customer can cancel further automatic renewals of the annual license by contacting EarMaster in writing at least 30 days before the next renewal date.
Payment
The customer is free to use one of the following transaction methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, JBS, Union Pay, Discovery) on the secure server of our payment processor STRIPE.
- PayPal: Payments processed on PayPal's secure server.Read more about PayPal's secure payment system here.
- Wire transfer: Transfer of the sum displayed in the order confirmation, from the customer's bank account to EarMaster ApS's bank account. Notice that EarMaster being a Danish company, wire transfers are made to our bank account in Denmark, which may involve additional fees from your bank.
Guarantee and Return policy
Being an intangible product, the software license is non returnable and non refundable. As the software is free to try and available from EarMaster's Website (www.earmaster.com), no return or guarantee is provided. All complaints and refund inquiries regarding computer compatibility issues are not receivable, as a free version of the program is made available online at no expense. If you wish to try EarMaster before buying it, please download the free version of EarMaster at www.earmaster.com/download/.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled if EarMaster receives a notification from the customer before the license key(s), which are specifically created for the ordered software, has been activated, as specified by the Danish regulation in Forbrugeraftaleloven, §18, Stk. 4.
After-sales services
EarMaster customers are entitled to free and unlimited email support. Support requests are answered within 24 hours during our working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (GMT+1 - Copenhagen/Paris/Madrid time)
